The Society meets on the first Thursday of every month (except August) at the clubrooms of St. Marie’s Church Manchester Road, Bury at 7.45 p.m. The programme provides a series of varied meetings for those who have a knowledge of, or an interest in, Lancashire history in general and Bury history in particular. New members are always welcome and are able to visit the Society to see what we do before committing themselves to becoming a member.
